THE MOUNTAINS ARE CALLING
Set on a ridge with views of Brasstown Bald & surrounding mountains, this cabin is ideal for a relaxing romantic retreat or family getaway. Outside is an expansive deck engulfed in rhododendrons, chiminea for evening fires, gas grill on the covered deck area, and wood stove inside for cold nights. The custom dining table in the center of the cabin was designed for gathering. A secluded setting but minutes to Lake Chatuge, downtown Hiawassee, hiking, waterfalls and wineries.
LOCATION
We are located on a ridge above a cozy valley neighborhood just east of Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee, Georgia. Ten minutes to Lake Chatuge and fifteen minutes to shops & activities downtown

A TOUR OF THE CABIN
The interior space is an open great room including a full kitchen, large picture windows that sit in front of the dining table and look out towards Brasstown Bald and mountains, a cozy living area, two bedrooms each with queen Serta mattresses, a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a small loft for reading and relaxing, accessible by ladder.

ABOUT US
CHRISTINA & LEVI STOFER
We own and operate a tree service. This is how we were able to get the gorgeous view of the mountains (and the home-split firewood)! Christina grew up in Maine and although I love Atlanta, I missed the peacefulness and quiet of the country. We have now spent time at Ridge Top Cabin during every season, and it is our favorite place to be! Each year we use any profits to invest back into the property, making improvements and upgrades to make it an even better space for us and you to enjoy.
HOW IT BEGAN
We bought Ridge Top Cabin as a fixer upper in August of 2017, and it has been a labor of love. The cabin was custom built, and that character is what we love about it.
HOW IT'S GOING
Now that we have replaced the roof, hvac system and all of the plumbing, we are so excited to be able to invest in some of the fun stuff! So far in 2021 we've gotten a new stainless steel grill, added landscape lighting and done a few upgrades in the living and kitchen areas.

Where Georgia Meets The Mountains
